How to reach Wood Castle Resort !!!

Air: Pantnagar at a distance of 70-kms is the nearest airport. Delhi at a distance of 300-kms is the nearest international airport.

Rail: Ramnagar is on the broad gauge track from where the road transport options have to be availed to reach the park.

  1. Corbett Link Express departs from Old Delhi Railway Station at 2245 hrs and arrives at Ramnagar at 0530 hrs. It is another 10 Kms by taxi to Wood Castle Resorts. The train has one A/C coach and the rest are Sleeper Coaches.
  2. Kathgodam Express departs from Old Delhi Railway Station at 2245 hrs, arriving at Kathgodam at 0715 hrs. It is another 66 Kms by taxi to Wood Castle. The train has one A/C coach and the rest are Sleeper Coaches .
  3. Sampark kranti Express

Road: Wood castle is 260 -kms from Delhi and 8-kms from Ramnagar. The route from Delhi spans Hapur-Gajraula-Moradabad-Kashipur-Ramnagar.

About Corbett National Park
Corbett National Park lies in foothills outer Himalayas. It is the first national park of Asia. It is famous for perfect natural habited for Tiger and its prey. It was established on 8 august 1936 as Healy National Park and after independence it was renamed as Ramganga National Park in 1954 and than 1957 to its present name Corbett National Park in memory of Jim Corbett the legendary hunter and trend naturalists who had helped in making out its boundaries and setting it up. Jim Corbett known for his book "The man-eaters of kumaon". Corbett also become India's first Tiger Reserve with launch of project in 1972 . Corbett today hold probably the largest population free living world.
